Appliance Repair Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services, and we'll make every reasonable effort to address issues you may have about the repair. If the job has not restored your appliance to its prior condition, you'll be refunded your payment (minus the service call and mileage fee). Installed parts will be removed.

Standard Parts Guarantee
All installed parts are guaranteed (during the course of normal wear and tear), for 90 days from the completion of service for most manufacturers.

This is a parts-only warranty and our labor fee still applies.

Exception: Fisher Paykel and DCS parts carry a 1 year parts-only warranty.

Parts that have failed as a result of customer misuse or neglect will not be warranted. Neither can we warrantee, guarantee or accept for return any parts that were purchased from, but not installed by Coastal Appliances, Heating & Air, Inc. Nor shall any part be guaranteed that was not installed by or purchased from Coastal Appliances Inc.

Our Industry Standard Labor Guarantee
Any failure or appliance malfunction that is the result of poor or inadequate workmanship is guaranteed for 1 month from completion of service, although we typically honor a longer term.
